I unders...Thank you for your very obvious statment. I understand how to lose weight which is why I have managed to do so. However, calorie intake is not the only factor that plays a role in weight loss. My doctors and I have worked with my hormonal issues and a proper diet/work out routine that works for me to lose weight. Also, I flat out stated I ate poorly on vacation.. clearly I understand where I went wrong. My current weight management program works when following it.
